Wisdom is a liquid supplement and comes in a bottle which has a dropper lid. Clear away the dropper through the bottle and squeeze the rubber top to expel the air. Insert it in the bottle and release the force about the lid; the system will attract in to the pipette. You'll need a couple of droppers a day to encounter the full effect of the potent
